Our House Guests

Every year we get a new set of birds that move into our hanging plants and every year they lay eggs so that we can watch the babies grow. It is so fun, but at the same time I worry about those little birdies all the time. Nate just recently transplanted the baby birds into a new hanging pot and I was so concerned that the mommy bird wouldn't come back. The good news is she did and the babies are doing well. So cute!!!

Ashie loved watching the cliff divers. I had to stay below because there is no way I could walk up steep stairs with no railings. Nate and Ashie are much braver than I. Ah good times!

Ashie is a swimming and jumping phrog, his absolute favorite thing to do was jump from one pool into the next. I love my little Ashie phrog!

We're back!

Mexico was a blast!!! We spent a whole lot of time swimming in the gorgeous pool and sucking back delicious beverages (non-alcoholic of course). We also got ourselves some fabulous tans. Tax incentive dollars well spent. When do we get to go again!

We would like to be the first to give a hardy THANKS to President Bush for our tax incentive. We will be spending our money just as you intended, stimulating the economy. Too bad it is the Mexican economy, blah ha ha ha!!!! That's right folks we are off to MEXICO for a whole week! ADIOS!!!!!!

My little Coach is starting to use words. Ball was his first word. When he first started saying ball I didn't believe that he was starting to talk, well today while we were making cookies he grabbed an egg out of the carton and said ball as clear as can be. Luckily, he didn't chuck that egg across the room like he would have with a ball.

I am pretty sure he is saying hi and bye as well. Oh, how fast they grow-up!
