Sleep Photos

I love a good sleep photo.

All Grown Up

What?! I thought my boy was turning 5 not 25? They do grow-up way too fast. That is why I am enjoying every minute I have with my boys before they do.
I sure do love this boy!

Saying goodbye

Before we left Utah we spent six wonderful weeks saying goodbye to our loved ones. We even got to celebrate a birthday of our favorite Keddington cousin. And got to meet our newest cousin Little B as he was born a day before we left.

Moving Day

With mixed emotions we packed up all our earthly belongings and loaded everything onto the moving truck. It was a sad day because we were leaving a house that we had made so many memories in and our dear friends behind. We will always remember our first house and our wonderful neighborhood friends.

I was glad I didn't have to pack a thing. It took three professional movers two days to pack and load our stuff onto the moving truck. Just watching them made me exhausted. Actually it was nice to have movers because as they packed I followed closely behind cleaning. As the movers loaded the last few items from the garage onto the truck I was inside vacuuming. Once I was done I handed them the vacuum and they were off. And so was I onto new adventures.

Visiting the lights

We love Layton City's lights. Where else do you get dragons, flamingos, and lots of other fun creatures lit up for the holidays.

We also love going to see the lights at Temple Square. We were glad that dad was able to make this trip with us.

After seeing the lights we dropped dad off at the airport and headed home for some popcorn and hot chocolate. Lil' B skipped out on the hot chocolate and opted for pulling kitchen appliances out of the cupboards. A favorite past time of this boy.
We are going to miss visiting the lights at Temple Square. I am told there are lights at the LA Temple, but they are not as spectacular. Oh well it will be a whole lot warmer checking the LA Temple lights so I will take it.

More birthday celebrations

This time we included our dad!

Hey little buddy you aren't suppose to eat the plate.
Ah, that is more like it!
When dad came into town last week we celebrated both his and lil' B's birthday.

Coachism's

Coachism #1
The other day Coach was wearing sports underpants and he thought it was pretty cool that they had a pocket up front. I told Coach that it wasn't a pocket, it is where you put your cup. Coach then darts out of the room and returns to me with his drinking cup still full of water sticking out of his underpants. Lol! I love how kids are so literal!

Coachism #2
Coach: blah, blah, blah, blah mom
Me: what you think I am boring?
Coach: no mom blah blah blah means I don't care.
Lol! My Coach is a real turkey, but that is why I love home so.
